Great location and facilities. The sauna was a nice touch. Lessons were fun and suitable for all ages. The apartment had everything I needed for a skiing holiday.
The furniture was so old, I felt like I had traveled back in time to the Victorian era.

The staff was very friendly, I was able to check in earlier
The apartment only had a refrigerator, no freezer. The balcony was not covered like most of the apartments in the Bergo Hotel. The bathroom was very small

Great place for outdoor activities, comfortable living area
We had a wonderful time exploring the stunning scenery around this hotel - with so much to explore, there was never a dull moment! The hotel is in a perfect location for outdoor activities, with easy access to beautiful nature trails. We especially loved the living area, which was spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking or exploring.
Our experience wasn't all positive. We found the service disappointing - staff were sometimes unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing assistance.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the location. It was right in the center of all the resort amenities, making it really convenient to access everything. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms were of great value for the money, with a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains. The showers were super hot and refreshing, perfect after a day of exploring. Plus, breakfast was included in the value, which is always a nice bonus.

We had a blast at Bergo Hotel! The modern apartment had plenty of room, nice facilities, and was well equipped. The good WiFi and large indoor parking were a plus. We also loved the excellent price, especially during the summer. The location was ideal, with shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the view from the patio was pretty awesome. The room's kitchen setup was great too, perfect if you want to cook your own food.
Felt cozy, no complaints.
